DVMISSION Briefing

In the past there have been teams who really did not know what they were getting into. To make a film in 48 hours is a real challenge. For this reason we ran our first DVMission Briefing just before the launch on Friday 31st October 2008 (spooky). There was an opportunity to ask questions of teams who have entered already, and pick up valuable tips on what to expect. This was also a chance for teams who had entered before to share tips and experiences.

The 2008 Challenge

23 teams started the Challenge on Friday Night and 22 crossed the finish line on Sunday.
This years title, genre and one line of dialogue were:

Title: Blood on the moon
Genre: B-Movie
Dialogue: "Oh go on then, Ill play your vicious little game"

0ver 250 people attended the Premier Night at the New Theatre Royal, to watch the films, see the awards ceremony and enjoy the after party. It was a posh frocks and black tie event. Thank you to all the teams who entered, making this event so very special.
